RoyalMinds Academy offers rolling admissions for students in grades 6–12, subject to space, program fit, and course availability.

Enrollment process

Submit the enrollment application and learning profile below so we can learn about your student.

Step 2

Share Records

After review, RoyalMinds will provide secure instructions for submitting requested academic and identity records.

Step 3

Plan

Meet with RoyalMinds to review placement, courses, tuition, technology, and the student’s individualized plan.

Documents families should prepare

Student birth certificate and parent/guardian identification
Current immunization record or applicable exemption documentation
Most recent report card and complete transcript, when applicable
Withdrawal documentation from the previous school, when applicable
Current IEP, evaluation, accommodation plan, or intervention records, if applicable
Custody or guardianship documentation, when applicable

Admission and placement

Submitting an application does not guarantee enrollment. RoyalMinds reviews each student’s records, academic needs, technology access, and program fit before offering placement. The Academy may request additional records or a family conference before making a final determination.
