RoyalMinds Academy is committed to providing a respectful, welcoming, and supportive learning environment for every student.

Student privacy

RoyalMinds Academy safeguards student information and shares educational records only with authorized individuals, service providers supporting school operations, or as otherwise permitted or required by law. Parents and eligible students may request access to their records by contacting the Academy.

Accessibility and support

Families should disclose known learning, medical, accessibility, or technology needs during enrollment so the Academy can determine reasonable supports within its virtual program. RoyalMinds will communicate honestly when a requested service falls outside its available resources or educational model.

Concerns and complaints

Families are encouraged to begin with the staff member closest to the concern. Unresolved concerns may be submitted in writing to the Executive Director at [email protected]. The Academy will review the concern, gather relevant information, and communicate a written response or next step.

The 2026–2027 Family & Student Handbook contains expanded academic, attendance, technology, conduct, tuition, safety, privacy, and grievance policies. Enrollment constitutes agreement to follow current Academy policies.
